JAŸ-Z 30 DELIVERS HISTORIC NIGHT ONE PERFORMANCE AT YANKEE STADIUM
On Friday evening (July 10), JAŸ-Z 30 kicked off the first of his three, sold-out performances at Yankee Stadium.
JAŸ-Z sported a brand-new haircut and surprised the crowd with special guest appearances from Beyoncé, Blue Ivy Carter, Nas, Alicia Keys, Memphis Bleek and Jaz-O. He opened the evening with Beyoncé for a special rendition of “Can’t Knock The Hustle” before moving through fan favorites including “Politics as Usual,” “Brooklyn’s Finest,” and more. Nas later joined him on stage for “Dead Presidents,” “The World Is Yours,” “N.Y. State of Mind.” From there, Blue Ivy played the piano keys to help introduce his hit “Feelin It.” Alicia Keys surprised the crowd with a performance of the iconic, “Empire State of Mind.”
LeBron James, Leonardo Di Caprio, Kevin Hart, Adrien Brody, Tobey Maguire, Megan Thee Stallion, Jack Dorsey, DJ Khaled, Swizz Beatz, Jadakiss, La La, Kelly Rowland, Vanessa Bryant, OG Anunoby, Robinson Cano, Rudy Gay, PJ Tucker, Fabolous, Sheek Louch, Lukas Haas, Yan Diomandé were among the star-studded guests spotted in attendance to celebrate the monumental occasion.
For his opening look, JAŸ-Z paired a Planes baseball cap with a custom CROC baseball jacket designed by June Ambrose, Fear of God trousers, a Planes white T-shirt and his Nike collaboration Air Force 1s, completing a classic New York style with elevated streetwear. He later changed into a Givenchy suit layered with a Maison Bootleg piece and Timberland boots before closing the evening in an engineered workwear-inspired ensemble featuring a custom umpire-style proof vest, a striped Japanese denim barn jacket, carpenter pants designed by June Ambrose, and Timberland boots.
The celebration continues with JAŸ-Z 25 on Saturday, July 11, followed by JAŸ-Z Extra Innings on Sunday, July 12.
